Utilizing the Selenium library within Python, MMS has created (on multiple occasions) scripts to automate web function and essentially simulate a human user going through every branch of an online database and diligently recording the information. 

This is not “hacking.” It is merely accessing publicly available data more efficiently. This has been used on county appraisal districts, real estate MLS platforms, FDA databases, and the SEC database.
